At CloudToday, we are always looking to improve for our customers and we strive to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction. In that light, we have designed our refund policy to be flexible and give our customers the greatest ease of mind.
Monthly subscriptions
You are entitled to cancel a monthly subscription during the first 5 days of the subscription period for a full refund, unless otherwise specified in unique cases. Cancellation after 5 days does not incur a refund but will end auto-renewal for the coming month.
Annual subscriptions
You are entitled to cancel a yearly subscription during the first 14 days of the subscription period for a full refund, unless otherwise specified in unique cases. Cancellation after 14 days does not incur a refund but will end auto-renewal for the coming year; the subscription remains active for the remainder of the term.
Auto-renewal
To keep things easy and avoid interruptions, your subscription — monthly or yearly — auto-renews until you cancel. You will be informed of each renewal, and the amount charged will be specified in an email to you.
